Cartoons have changed a lot in the last ten years. Some of the older cartoons, like The Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park, and SpongeBob SquarePants, still make new episodes every year. These shows have been on TV for a very long time. But now, there are many new cartoons with different types of stories and characters.
Not long ago, people thought that cartoons were only for children. Children used to watch cartoons on Saturday mornings. But now, cartoons are made for everyone! Some cartoons have funny jokes, interesting adventures, and deep stories. These cartoons can be enjoyed by children, teenagers, and even adults. Some cartoons are made only for adults because they talk about serious topics in a fun way.

Cartoon Network shows from the 2000sWith streaming services like Netflix and Disney Plus, more and more people can watch cartoons whenever they want. This has helped many new cartoons become popular. These shows bring new characters, new worlds, and new ideas to animation. Cartoons are more creative and interesting than ever before. Since cartoons have changed so much, we decided to create a new list of the top 10 cartoon characters of all time. We chose characters that are very important, loved by many people, and are still popular today. Some of these characters also appear in movies, books, and video games. But for this list, we will talk about them only as cartoon characters.
